Reversible Floral Lace & Chiffon Otome Gyaru Skirt

New with tags from Japan. It's fully reversible with a lace overlay on one side and a Swiss dot overlay on the other. The base fabric is printed chiffon with a drawstring accent on the Swiss dot overlaid side. The waist is fully elasticated, but fits up to medium for max best fit.
