Reversible Insulated Hooded Vest

Nearly new hooded vest purchased from Tackville (UK). Beautiful black reverses to glam shiny gold, zippered pockets on both sides. Tag removed to wear on both sides but this UK 8 is just too small for me. Hip measures 32” (see photo) so it fits more like a a US 0-2. 24” shoulder to front hem, 3” longer in back. Washable in cold water.
