Reversible Patagonia Jacket, 12-18 months (blue and plaid)

This is an adorable and warm reversible jacket from Patagonia. It does not have sizing tags on it but it is exactly the same dimensions as another 12-18 month Patagonia jacket I own (last two photos). My son could wear this at 22 months, so I’d say it runs large. This jacket is in really good condition but I realized a small tear in the plaid fabric (see picture with my pinky finger). There’s a little bit of matting on the fluffy material but no staining. I love the colors of this!
