Hi, this is soooo beautiful! How snug or is it really loose at the hips? I’m a 2-3xl size. Is it stitched down the sides? I bought one recently and it didn’t go over my hips. If it is stitched, please give me measurements from stitched line to stitched line across the bottom please. Thank you....

@djinar Hi there! Thank you! It is not stitched closed on the sides. It’s basically a big rectangle with a head hole lol. It measures from neck hole to hem about 27inches. And left to right across is about 33.5 inches. It’s loose and flowy. Super cute and breezy! I believe it would fit your size! Let me know if you have other questions! Thanks!!
