Reversible black floral/polka dot skirt

This skirt is around a size medium, it does have an elastic waistband allowing for more flexibility in the waist. It is breathable and flowy with two patterns in one skirt! It is black with florals on one side and polka dots on the other. I am 5’9” and it sits right above my knees when worn as a high waisted skirt.
