Reversible color block jacket

This is one of the most unique jackets I’ve ever seen. It is 100% reversible- one side is teal, purple, and red and the other side is blue, purple, and red. Pristine like new condition. Super attention to detail, including optional belt straps and sleeve buttons. Can’t find any brand or size. Could be handmade? I’d guess about a women’s medium size. Fabric feels like cotton.
