Reversible leather and suede long coat

Greenish brown double sided coat. Vintage and possibly custom made for original owner. No size tag or name tag. Wears like a size medium-large but can fit a size xs/s. Looks like it could be belted. Very lightweight. Pockets in both sides and button down. Suede side is very clean while the leather side has a few blemishes in the upper back area I have included photos.
