Reversible wrap skirt sz M/L

This is a nice reversible wrap skirt....blue floral on one side and solid blue on the other. There is a small zippered pocket at the waist. There are no tags, but the measurements indicate that it is probably a Medium There are snap fasteners which allow for a larger waist size. It is in great condition. The smallest measurement for the waist is 16 when laying flat. The snaps allow larger increments of about 2 inches....so probably can easily be 20 inches across. The length is 19.
