Revolve By The Way Hazel Lace Up Tunic in a beautiful light blue. Top is NWT! 100% polyester and has a nice weight to it, not flimsy like silk. The photos show that top is laced only through first set of grommets, but I untied the laces and laced them through the entire shirt. They can be untied again and unlaced to the original if desired.
