maggiekelly20 @jdavis2017 hi!! SOO sorry for the delay, the dress was at my beach house and I just got here!!! The bust is 15” laying flat and the hips 16” laying flat. Then you tie it in the middle to make it a more flattering fit instead of a straight dress!
