Revolve off the shoulder mini dress

Super cute and fun dress to wear for any event! Can be worn as is with cold shoulder look or worn without the arm straps, as shown in the 3rd picture. Practically brand new - only worn once! Bought from Revlon but actual brand name is “by the way.”
