The dress comes with a separate, matching, bustier that you can choose to wear under it (or not). I got my bustier width taken in about an inch because it was sliding down (for reference, I wear a 34 bra band). However the piece is very stretchy and would still fit a wider frame nicely. Also, the dress looks great without it too.
