Rhapsody blue floral dress in size 1x

This is a rhapsody blue floral dress in size 1x. The pattern is tiny red and pink flowers all around. There are shoulder straps on both sides. There are belt loops under the arms of the dress but the dress did not come with one. There is an elastic waistband midway and three buttons for the top of the dress. Shoulder to shoulder is 17”. Collar to hem is 36 1/2”. Waist from the front not stretched is 16”. Stretches out to 25 1/2”
