Rhode mini dress in floral. Style is Anya. Smocked skirt, puff long sleeves, V neck with tie. Cotton dress. This dress fits beautifully. Worn twice, but smocking is torn in one tiny area and one tie came off, but the other tie can easily be trimmed off and worn as a v neck.
