Ribbon sperrys

I love these shoes, but after a foot injury, I am finding them too narrow. They need to be cleaned as I’m a teacher who has worn them on the playground, but they are in good structural condition. Worn maybe 10x max. Please take a look are the pictures, you will see the surface of the shoe and sole have dirt marks.
