This is a handmade rice bag that can be warmed up in the microwave for moist heat or put in the freezer. It is 20" long and 9" wide. I segment them so the rice stays more evenly distributed. These are great for aches and pains, migraines, tension, anxiety, PMS and for snuggling with. These are also great after you have had a massage, surgery and injections. When freezing I recommend putting in a plastic bag so it doesn't pick up the freezer scent. Each item can be purchased individually. I enjoy special orders.
