ecn12345 @lvstorm Hello, I measured the dress from the top of the shoulder to the edge of the bottom and it was 44inches. I measured the smallest part at the waist when I laid it flat and it was 28 inches. The material has a slight shimmer to it so the faint staining on the front is very faint- almost not noticeable but I wanted to be very thorough. It is a gorgeous dress from a high end designer but is not my size. Please let me know if you need any other info!
