Richards size 42 US 14 or 16 hand painted skirt

Richards size 42 hand painted skirt in excellent condition. I believe it is about a U.S. 14/16. Waist measures 36” across and it is 22” long. Buttons down the front and has a matching belt to tie in the front. So beautiful! I can’t seem to find another or any information on it. Cotton stretch knit.
