It has a cute black bow and flower decor and pearl buttons down the front of the dress and on the sleeve. It zippers up the back. Measurements are: Chest, armpit to armpit- 20” Waist- 16.5” Shoulder to hem- 37” Sleeve- 22.5” This dress is in excellent condition. I don’t think it was ever worn.
