Three Quarter Sleeve High Neck Ruffle Front Silk Velvet Fit and Flare Dress from Rick Rhe, Handmade in Italy. Lovingly worn, not torn or stained - looks like new. Light weight lined sheer lace like burnout velvet black dress over green. Wide sheer black ruffles run from neckline to hem on princess style seams down front. High Mandarin style neck with black velvet band. Green velvet ribbon down center front and around waistline seam. Body and sleeves lined with solid green. Sleeves have button keyhole closure. Loose fit on skirt with lining attached at sides. Invisible zipper with hook and eye closure on back. Hem finished with narrow solid black velvet band. Hits mid calf.
