Ricki Lang Nuit Vintage black studded formal cocktail gown

This dress is just glamorous! The studding is in excellent shape! It is raised studding. Bottom is velvet and has maintained a good color and little signs of wear. Satin sash is removable. No size tag, but measurements are 37 bust, 15 inches from shoulder to waist, 31 waist and 24.5 sleeve length from top of shoulder. I am thinking it would fit a 4/6.
