Beautiful silk dress by Rickie Freeman for Teri Jon . The dress has a three layered skirt meaning a liner and then 2 silk skirts on top. Very flowy, light and beautiful. Beading right below the bust is subtle yet elegant and stunning. The top (see photos) is almost ruching or gathered. 100% silk , hand beaded , lining 100% acetate lining does have a hole and some fraying on the bottom (photos). Not seen at all while wearing.
