Ricoh Ricolet II camera w/ 45mm rangefinder lens, Leather case & strap.

A Very rare and hard to find RICOH RICOLET II rangefinder camera produced in 1955. The Ricolet II is a high quality rangefinder camera, with a special design and fully manual controls. Specific characteristics of the Ricolet II are an excellent 45 mm f 3.5 lens, a combined rangefinder / viewfinder and a fully mechanical shutter blade with speeds of B 1/10 - 1/200. All shutter speeds work, diaphragm moves well and viewfinder is clear. The Ricolets were the first rangefinder cameras introduced by Ricoh, and were equipped with a transport mechanism placed on top, later versions had this at the bottom of the camera. The case is in rough shape, but the strap is perfect, and has a cool pattern!
