kattmidora @carolyn7696 Hi :-) it is typical skate Leather. It is not soft like a normal boot. It is firm for support. As far as beginner or what level I don’t know the answer to that question.

carolyn7696 I have to ask my daughter’s skating coach if they’re ok. I’ve gotten in trouble before for buying too soft of a boot. The boot has to firm and stiff or they are not safe to jump in. I will see the coach and Monday and ask her if they are ok.is there a model number on them?
