Made in: Slovakia Material: Leather Upper and Rubber Sole with Felt interior lining Color: Brown Size: 43 European fits like 10.5 Reiker Felt Lined Boots with Lace Up and Zip Closure. Reiker is a German company and made these boots in Slovakia. They were sold only in Europe and no longer available from Reiker. Not aware of any other men's boots under $300 that have a felt lining. Note heels show wear as indicated in the photos. The upper shows creasing and some scuffs. The leather has been cleaned and reconditioned periodically and is in good condition.
