Rieley Chiffon Draped Dress

Rieley Chiffon Draped dress. The bodice is all draped/ruched fabric with slight sweetheart neckline. The fabric design also includes gold specks/glitter which I was not able to fully capture in pictures, definitely understated shimmer. The skirt portion of the dress is draped. Dress is a size small but I feel like it's a size xs.
