Waist - 13"
Chest - 14.5"
Waist down to hem - 28"

@bembilybnz there is stretch on the top, you can see elastic banding in the photos of the back of the dress. But no stretch in the waist or hips. There is a zipper running down the back. Spaghetti straps untie and are adjustable.
