@winefine87 hi, I hope all is well!! My order that you sent to Alabama is a size Large jeans, I ordered an XLARGE. She said the chains are hanging off on one side....I’m sorry☺️

@mscrystylin i sent out an XL black and Large blue for one order and a Med black for the other.... and i double checked all 3 pair before the paper was place in between so the chains would not stick no links were off, and so I wouldn;t mix up the order has I was packing due to me shipping off multiple items I imaged them because I was rushing. When you do your dispute I can provide it to them for you.

All I was saying to you is that I ordered an XLarge blue denim with tan hi/lo shirt (order ship to Alabama)My sister received Large blue denim, I was just letting you know the chains was hanging. I never accused you of sending them like that, I understand things happen during shipping. That’s all I was saying to you, I’m not disputing this!!!

@mscrystylin Good morning I understood what you meant and I never took it as accusation, just letting you know the necessary steps I took and I feel you should still do so because she shouldn't have had to receive her items damaged also regular shipping and tossing the box around will not make the chains come off now i do know that postal workers are allowed to open the packages if it raises red flags but if thats the case after opened the seal it with orange tape and also a label.
