SUPER SOFT! Dark navy background, red/peach/white floral pattern, pom pom edging. Very stretchy waist & neckline — can be worn on or off shoulder. Lined under the ruffle top (tried to show in pic) no need for a bra. Approx measurements shown in some pics W 12 unstretched 15.5/16 stretched on me it is heading toward hi-rise waist I am 5’2” W - bottom hem 12 (shown) Shoulder 17 unstretched 24 stretched SO COMFORTABLE I just don’t look good in patterns
