Rimini by Shaw - 90s beaded blue velvet floor length dress

Dark blue velvet floor length dress with black beading across the neckline. 90s Rimini by Shaw dress Size 10 Not new in any way but in close to perfect condition. There is very little wear and tear, just a few loose threads. The tag is cut a bit, but is definitely the only noticeable damage to the dress.
