Rina Zin brown w/white vertical stripes maxi skirt w/subtle elastic hem

Rina Zin (high end Israeli designer) brown/white vertical striped balloon skirt. Lots of unique details on this skirt including 2 front, 1 back exposed slit zipper pocket as well as one cargo pocket on side, folds in random spots, elastic hem. The hemline isn’t tight, but it does allow for a balloon look & it doesn’t encumber walking as it’s still wide enough. I believe this is an earlier piece for the designer as the labeling isn’t clear for fabric (I think cotton, maybe mix), as well size (L)? I say 10.
