So the size states 4115, which in standard men’s size is 11.5 D. “4” represents the width, which alphabetically is the fourth width, which is D. “115” correlates to the size, which is 11.5.

Cowboy boots require two size parameters to fit correctly: size & width. When you say “too tight”, do you mean width wise? Could it be your feet are wider than a size D?
