The 2 sets of velcro can adjust the waist of the skirt, and has a quick wrap closure. A custom fabric that doesn’t cling, flatters almost every figure, repels water, and dries quickly. It has a key card pocket on the inside, and a kick plenty in the back. The skirt is 53"when the wrap is all stretched out. Around the waist is 35 " but an adjustment in the velcro can be made as needed. The length is 16 3/4". New never worn but removed tags.
