Hi! Would you say this is a true XL? Sometimes jackets from other countries run really small… I have large shoulders and I’m tall. Is it stretchy?

@bostonbloom it’s not stretchy at all ! I have arms as well this is probably for someone who has smaller arms cause it’s just straight cotton the material !
