Can’t confirm that this is actually Rising International brand because there is no tag, but it appears to be. It’s is made in Nepal. Hooded sweatshirt with front pockets. Measures 23” under arm pits, 21” at the waist and 27” in length. Very nice condition. Sun print design on flared sleeves with patch work polka dots in front and solid green back.
