Very cute navy skirt with white and navy stripe detail at hemline. NC embroidered patch at bottom corner. Waist is 17 inches across. Length is about 18.25 inches from top of waistband to bottom of hemline. Not lined, but a soft athletic type material. Very cute and lightweight.
