From RIXO LONDON (not Target!) I was in London this summer and fell in love with this cheeky, classy, sweet dress. I ordered a 6 (UK 10) and loved it, but opted to buy one size smaller. I couldn't return the USA 6, so YOU get a great deal on this NWOT dress! This is the most luscious light fabric. It is 100% Viscose but feels like silk cotton. I had a woman ask if she could buy the dress form me! It is charming, demure, and sassy all at the same time. I can't tell you how much I love this dress. I feel like a million bucks in it!
