Rixo (for Target) | Polka Dot Ruffled Wrap Mini Dress

Beautiful wrap mini dress from a wonderful collaboration, such a good idea! Light airy cotton/rayon blend fabric has all over hand painted looking orange/red dots upon a white background. Features include front and back darts, ruffled trim all around, lined skirt and side tie closure. Elbow length puff sleeves can also be worn pushed up and feature a smocked elasticated wide cuff. CONDITION - Near-excellent NWT unworn. No real indication of previous wear. There is a small dust spot located on left sleeve (photo). I haven’t tried to clean it but do think it come out. Some random light wrinkles, nothing too serious. MEASUREMENTS SHOULDER - 14.5” seam to seam BUST - approx. 20.5” flat - 41” around LENGTH - approx. 34” measured from shoulder at neckline to lower edge of ruffled hem in front SLEEVE LENGTH - 17.5” measured from armhole seam at shoulder to lower edge of smocked cuff
