Cute mad men style bow blouse. Long sleeves and can be rolled up. The bow could also hang open or be worn in a neck tie fashion. There’s unfortunately a small tear on one side of the bow but it’s not noticeable unless looking for it, included a photo. It’s got an interesting sea green and black, almost distorted plaid pattern. Would look cute with jeans or a pencil skirt!
