Length: 34 inches
Shoulders: 13 inches
Chest: 15.5 in (lots of stretch in the chest, can stretch up to 21 in)
Waist band: 15.5 in (NO stretch)
The dress is just a pull on, tons of stretch everywhere except the thick sequined drop waist.
