NWT dress by Robbie Bee. Flared hem. Belted, held by side belt loops, front does not open, it snaps in the back. Pull over cowl neck. Lined in a black slip attached at the neck and free flowing underneath. 3/4 sleeves. Beautiful fall colors in Aztec type print. Would look great paired with either black or brown boots or booties.
