Robbie Bee stretch lace shift dress

Black stretch lace over an avocado green stretch lining. Zipper closure in back and 3/4 length loose sleeves. 38" from shoulder to hem. Seam to seam at underarm 23". NWT. I love this dress, but it fits me more like a body con so I've never been comfortable enough to take the tags off and wear it. Should go to someone smaller.
