Is the suit a crinkled fabric or smooth with blue and blackish designs in the fabric?

@dgurba The fabric it’s smooth in shades of blue & blue-green with black lines throughout. It gives the appearance of having texture, but would look more smooth on the body. Hope this makes sense! Please note that this is a suit for someone tall. Neck to crotch is about 27-28”.
