These are so awesome, bought it ITALY, Robert Cavalli brand jeans in a neat gold and brown print with sparkles in it. They are marked Medium, Made in Italy, but measurements are about 30" waist and 30" inseam. I'd say they're about a size ladies 8, or possibly stretched to a 10 but would be a little tight. They do have some stretch, but the fabric is very substantial, they're made very well and of higher quality. The fabric is 98% Cotton and 2% elastin. It has a tiny bit of stretch but not much, it's more like a denim. Super fun pants. Never wore them, no tags.
