Adorable Robert Rodriguez pleated skirt. The fabric is 80% wool, 20% nylon and looks amazing with a dressy or casual top, boots, flats or heels. In another words this skirt is very versatile. Both at the waist and hem the turned over ends are not finished, see last two photos. Measurements: length 21 inches, waist 16 and a half laid flat (done to the best of my ability). I have worn this skirt but it has no visible signs of wear, great condition.

vbek101 @thriftyminded hips measured 9 inches from the top of the waist band is 20 inches (Measured to the best of my ability). However, since it is box pleated, there is a lot of leeway. It really is a gorgeous, easy to wear shirt. Thank you for the inquiry.

vbek101 @thriftyminded It is a deconstructed style, it has raw edges and zipper on the outside. Haute Couture designers (eg Valentino, Gucci, Balenciaga etc) have many examples of demonstrated clothing. It’s been going on for over a decade, I think. This skirt was bought at a high end boutique about 3 years ago. Hope this helps. I’m a retired teacher, not a fashion connoisseur 😄
