Perfect for holiday parties, Fall formals and winter weddings. Wore for a wedding and purchased new. Dark cornflower blue sheath dress with black laser cut, web-like overlay. Banded waist, racerback, black piping around neck and arm holes, scalloped, fringe hem, black zipper. Excellent condition and has been dry cleaned. Tag says size 4 but fits more like a 2/4.
