Gorgeous ruffled silk cocktail dress, with spaghetti straps, poofy skirt, and tulle underskirt. Could be even more poofy if you add a tulle petticoat! Elastic waist. Pull-on style, no zipper. No idea why I never wore it. I have beaded shoes to match, the mini petticoat, and a royal blue belt that did not come with the dress. Inquire if interested.
