Roberto Cavalli just Cavalli button front shirt made in Italy size 58

A Handsome men's button front casual shirt by famed designer Roberto Cavalli, Just Cavalli is the line, very high end!! This is listed as Italy size 58 so please see measurements. My husband wears a medium to large and this fits him well. Laid flat chest =21", length =30", sleeves =19.5" from pit & 26" from shoulder. So size Accordingly for you as the size 58 seems awfully large to me and the shirt doesn't measure out that way. Hologram tag still in tact, this shirt is beautiful in EUC. Really unique and stylish!
