Rocha Women's Hat

Hat Made by Rocha Hats in a US Size 22" circumference, 8"x 6 3/4" Depth is 3 1/2" to 4" This hat features a black and white polka dot band with Gold toned rhinestone accent. Multiple vent holes in decorative pattern circling the hat. As far as condition goes, this hat is in pre-owned condition showing wear consistent with use and storage. This hat appears to be worn minimally if at all. However, it does have minimal creasing and light marks present from storage.
