Tag says 28, they measure 13.5" cross the waist so more like a 26/27. Rise 8", inseam 32.5" I have never worn them, the person I bought them from had the waist altered ams didn't reveal it to me. I want you to know the exact measurements. Beautiful dressy jeans, factory distressed all crystals intact.
